Hi there!? It?s Deanna from Mirabelle Creations. I?m so thrilled to be here at GigMasters discussing fall entertaining with you. Mirabelle Creations specializes in colorful, stylish paper products for the modern hostess.? In all of Mirabelle Creations? designs, I aim to design customized, thoughtful details to celebrate life?s special occasions.? In our Etsy Shop, you?ll find paper products, such as invitations, banners, cupcake toppers, and favor tags, for your next beautiful party!

For many, Labor Day signals the end of the summer season. Even though summer is winding down, there?s no reason to take all of your entertaining indoors. Cooler weather makes this time of year the perfect time to host an outdoor party.

This pub-style ?Grillers & Growlers? dinner party includes modern, budget-friendly elements that are perfect for outdoor entertaining. Incorporating some of the elements from this party will add a fun touch to your next outdoor party.

{Food}

Grilled entr?es are perfect for this time of year. For the main course, we served Grilled Chicken, with three homemade dipping sauces ? Satay Sauce, Raspberry Chipotle Barbeque Sauce, and Honey Mustard. We hosted this party for our monthly Supper Club group.In our Supper Club, the hosts traditionally make the entr?e and the guests bring the appetizers and side dishes. Divvying up the menu eases the stress of preparing a large meal.

For dessert, Fall is a great time to try a S?mores Bar. They aren?t just for kids, especially if they include gourmet choices. This S?mores Bar included homemade Raspberry, Coconut, and Vanilla Marshmallows. Guests enjoyed getting creative with their choices and grilling them over the open fire pit.

For Fall entertaining, consider sticking with a neutral color scheme, such as black and tan. The invitation for this party had a festive pub feel.? All of the paper party goods also coordinated with the black and tan invitations.

Party decorations don?t have to be expensive to be stylish and beautiful. For decorations, I used newspaper to make paper fans that adorned the dessert and drink tables.? Newspaper was also used to make paper ?bowties? for the paper bag lanterns on the table. I used leftover garden burlap for the dinner table runners. Drinks were served in mason jars, with each guest?s name attached using jute twine. Wooden crates and galvanized buckets also helped create a rustic feel for the dinner.

{Activities}

Even for adult parties, don?t forget to plan some activities. Corn hole, a lawn game in which players throw small bean bags at a wooden platform with a hole in the far end, provided good-natured competition. Also, the S?mores Bar allowed guests to be active in making their own dessert.
